turning point

things that tell me i really need to do something about my weight/health:

kids at school asking me if im pregnant
shopping at lane bryant
weighing as much as matts best friend who is a foot taller than me.
almost being pre-diabetic
having ridiculously high blood pressure

hopefully this time i will actually follow thru with my efforts to loose weight and improve my health.
